How do I get help?

How do I install and sign up?
You can install directly from the Play Store or App Store. Knitrino is an installable mobile app that works on Android and iOS devices only (iPad & iPhone). It does not work on a computer or through your browser.
How do I get started once I've purchased a pattern?
To access a pattern, you must first create a project. The easiest way to do so is by clicking "Start Project Now" from the order confirmation screen. But, if you didn't do that, you can follow these steps:
- Click on My Library.
- Select the pattern.
- Click the green plus button and fill out project information, including the name and size for your project. If your project contains colorwork, adjust color settings here. You can also edit other project details, or edit them later by clicking the pencil icon on the Project Overview Screen.
What if I buy a pattern and I hate it?
Just let us know - email us at support@knitrino.com. Our goal is to create a great experience that's worth far more than what you pay for a pattern, and if that's not the case for you, we'll make it right.
What are the questions I don't know to ask?
Those tiny black boxes that mark your row complete? They can be soooo hard to click. So swipe instead! All you need to do is swipe the green instruction box from right to left to advance your row, and from left to right to go back. Viola!
How do I make a note?
There are two ways to make a note: by long-tapping any stitch in the active row (suggested), or by clicking on the notes tab and clicking the + button. By adding a note directly from the chart screen, additional information about the note location is included in the notepad.
How do I change the size of a project?
Once you create a project, the size can't be edited. (Because if you're making something where you've cast on the size small, and you change to a large, your stitch counts will all be off!) Instead, create a new project by clicking the Green Plus button on the My Projects tab. Then you can delete the old one.
How do I change the chart colors?
You can change the colors when you create the project, or later by clicking the edit pencil in the upper right hand corner, then tapping the Yarn Colors dots and setting the color you want. Read more here.
How do I use a promo code?
First, make sure that you've added a credit card. After adding a credit card, click on the input field under "Use promo code." Paste or type in your code. You should see a message that the code was applied, then proceed with checkout. If you have problems, just send us an email and we'll get things squared away.
Is there a stitch guide or key?
Tap on any stitch in the active row to open the stitch guide. Want to see this differently? We're looking for ideas, so get in touch at support@knitrino.com!

How do I edit my project details?
From the Project Overview Tab, click the pencil icon to edit project details, add your own photos, change chart colors (for colorwork charts) and update yarn & gauge information, and so on.
